About the product

A control room for coding agents.

PapAgent turns a software goal into visible, reviewable work: scoped Kanban cards, the right native CLI for each task, and an isolated git worktree for every run.

More agents create a coordination problem.

Opening several terminals is enough to start several coding agents. It is not enough to know who owns each task, which branch contains the useful result, whether two agents touched the same subsystem, or what is safe to merge.

PapAgent treats those problems as workflow state. Work is represented as cards, each run has an owner and history, and completed changes arrive at a review step instead of landing silently.

Plan, assign, produce.

  1. Plan. Break a goal into scoped cards that can be implemented and reviewed independently.
  2. Assign. Send each card to Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor CLI, OpenCode, or another installed command-line agent.
  3. Produce. Run tasks in isolated worktrees, inspect the resulting diffs, and choose what to merge or undo.

PapAgent coordinates the workflow around the agents. It does not replace the native CLIs, so provider-specific behavior and capabilities remain available as those tools evolve.

Local-first by design.

Project files, source code, prompts, terminal output, and agent logs stay on the developer’s Mac. AI CLIs connect to their own providers using the developer’s existing setup. PapAgent does not proxy the repository through a PapAgent-hosted coding environment.

What still goes online: the AI CLI communicates with its provider under that provider’s terms. PapAgent also performs limited licensing and update checks. See the privacy policy for the precise boundary.
